Come sing with usOregon Trail Pitchpipers
The Oregon Trail Pitchpipers is an acappella singing organization
that sings male barbershop style music. We are the Canby Chapter
of the Barbershop Harmony Society and are located in Canby, OR. We
love to sing and entertain different groups. Fellowship and
camaraderie are an importatnt part of our working and singing
together.

Meet our director
Many of our members travel a long way to our rehearsals. Our director Caric Mitts lives near Amity, OR and travels a little over 37 miles to direct our chorus. His love for music began at an early age. He played in the school band and sang in the choir. He joined the Oregon Trail Pitchpipers at age 19 and has been involved with the chapter for 44 years. Caric was trained as a director in the Barbershop Harmony Society's Harmony College. He has directed our chapter for over 35 years. Caric is an accomplished musician and we are blessed to have him as our director.
